Notice : Monthly billings have always been processed in arrears,
you use our services and then you are billed.
Beginning September 30th, 2008 all monthly billings will be done at the end of the Month for that month's service. Your payment will be DUE on the 15th of the following month. You are still responsible for your monthly fees whether you receive your monthly statement or not for any reason that is beyond our control. Our statements are sent out promptly each month and we cannot control the delivery process.
If your payment is sent close to the due date, it is possible it may not reach us in time to be posted to your account, prior to the monthly statements being generated. Payments are accepted online or you may call in your credit card payments. Monthly Auto Bank Draft is also available for your convenience. Any account that is more than 60 days past due may be disconnected for non-payment without further notice.
Effective immediately, we will only set-up new accounts in the owners name.
