Effective immediately, we will only set-up new accounts in the owners name.

Residential
Monthly Fee      $23.50 for first 4,000 Gallons  
$ 2.00 for every 1,000 Gallons over 4,000 Gallons  
Permit Fee      $50.00  
Meter Deposit Fee      $50.00  
New Installations $500.00 

COMMERCIAL

EFFECTIVE AUGUST 1, 2010
Monthly Fee   $25.50 for first 4,000 Gallons
$2.00 per every 1,000 Gallons over 4,000 gallons  
Permit Fee $50.00  
Meter Deposit Fee      $50.00  
New Installations $500.00   

( for meters 2”or larger add the cost of the meter)  

OTHER SERVICE FEES
Returned Check Fee     $40.00  
Disconnect Fee/Reconnect Fee $30.00 Disconnect and $30.00 Reconnect  
Cross Connection Fine $1,000.00  
Relocate Meter Fee up to $300.00 (Based on Field Inspection)  

      

The District will not turn water meters On/Off 

at homeowner’s request.
